"Palla a terra!" era solito urlare dalla panchina, e "alza la testa" era la frase che ripeteva ai suoi piccoli allievi, perchè sapeva che nel calcio avere la visione del gioco è importante quanto avere buoni piedi per calciare.

Ma prima che il calcio, che è solo un gioco, mio nonno insegnava il rispetto, per le regole e per l'avversario.
Rispetto con il quale è sempre stato contraccambiato, in vita, e ricordato, ora che non c'è più.


Questa vecchia foto, che ho scansionato e restaurato, lo ritrae in un istante che è il senso di tutta la sua vita.
