We went to see The Maccabees at The Metro tonight & they were fantastic. I would have liked them to play a little longer (they were probably on stage for less that an hour-&-a-half) but it was still a great gig. They focused heavily on songs from their latest album, but as it's my favourite I didn't mind that at all. A nice meal of dumplings before the show, a bottle of wine, all made for a fun night.
