Pisa, Italy

Pisa 17-22 February
Hotel: Grand Hotel Duomo, the shower was horrible, the toilet could absolutely been better, the bed was damn hard, the TV was almost impossible o see cuz it was soo tiny, but overall it was OK..in Italy it's a 4-star hotel, in Norway it would get max 2 star...

The stay:
day 1, 17.Feb:
Arrived in Pisa around 12:30. At the airport Andrea and Andrè waited for us and drove us to our hotel, very sweet of you!! Reallly!!!<3 The hotel room looked very old from the outside, and it wasn't actually modern on the inside either. It was really hot so we went out for gelato and just look around. unfortunaly, Italy is full of stupid (sorry, but really..its true) people who sell stupid things.. its like..one man who sell fake belts are ok, 2 is also ok, but when they're like everywhere around you, selling the same stuff..grr.. so..later that day we tried to turn on the TV which happend to be really hard, so we asked the hotel to tell us how it worked, and they didnt understand the word "television" eventho its quite similar to televisione!!!!!! In the evening we ate pizza in a small pizzeria..

day2:
so tiday we tried the horrible shower for first time -the showerhead was brown, but the water was more or lesss clear. We walked around on Corso Italia, before a short visit in the duomo...

day3:
Firenze. 9 o'clock we took 'il treno' (oh yes, bringing my Italian to the people ;) to Firenze. We went shoppig for some hours, but cuz of a pill I hadbought for my pollenallergy I was very tired and the toilets were really horrible there, so we went back to Pisa around 5pm. I ate (or tried at least) to eat a huuge pizza for dinner, I really dont understand how Italians can eat antipasto and then this huge things and thengelato!! incredible.. Around 9, I went out with Andrea, Andrè, Junior and Sonia. Andrè was hungry so we went into some place to eat, and while ANdre was eating ANdrea found the joy with camera. For your information: IO PARLO MOLTO BENE L'ITALIANO=) du snakker ikke så bra norsk! hrmph!;) hehe I walked 25411 steps this day!

day4:
Shopping in Pisa. Disgusting, nasty, horrible Nigerian street seller (yeah one of tem AGAIN) who kept following me!!! fucking hell..we walked a lot to find a nice place to eat, ut couldnt find anything perfect so in the end we decided to go back to our hotel to find a place near the twer.

day5:
last day. walked around doing nothing..really.. took some pictures of people pushing towers, I wonder why tehy're doing it! It looks really stupid from the outside, and its like..its more fun to hve pictures of people pushing towers than urself in a stpid position "pushing" the tower:)

day6: left Pisa really early. The plane couldnt land at the airport cuz of snow chaos at the airport so we had to go to Gardemoen instead, perfect for me:)

I wanna go back to Pisa, but hopefully next time I'll go to beach...I miss hot weather and summer
