Oh! I know it, it's a kind of diptera (U r right, it's a Syrphidae). It using yellow - black bee's colors, cause it protected those fly from other bigger fly (generally from other predator) :) It's amazing how those insects can take advantage of the nature's gifts! I agree with Chevy - those photos r amazing Btw.. I'm back :) ;*
