Bonjour Y'all

2008.05.23
Good Saturday Morning! Everyone is checking out their cars to make sure everything is in order for sightseeing in Paris.

Here Royce is talking with Becky S.

She is the Tourism Director for the Paris Chamber of Commerce. She went above and beyond her duties to personally lead us to our morning sight-seeing destinations around town. (She lead us in her Honda!)

I offered to find her a lead Model T, but she refused as she had other commitments during the day, but she did agree to ride to dinner in a Model T.

Here's Judy P. Ready for a great day in Paris.

First stop, Hayden Museum of American Art. This is a beautiful property in a residential area that some members had visited nine years ago.

Some of the neighborhood kids were thrilled to get to look at the cars while the club members were viewing the museum. Glen M. is always happy to let the youngsters honk, toot, crank and whistle his variety of horns.

Walking in the garden.

Coming back down the path to the cars.

Here's the third, "What The. . . " photo. It's your turn to pick a caption.

"Pick me, Pick me, Pick me!"
or, "I think I can fly, I think I can fly. . ."

And the fourth, "What The. . . " photo.

I know what that is sticking out of Jimmy's shirt, do you?

(Her name is Gracie!)

Cruising through town we caught the eye of one of Paris' finest. None of our group was ticketed for any reason. . . go too fast or too slow!

It's on to the Eiffel Tower.

It's hard to tell from the photos, but that is one REALLY red cowboy hat at the top of the tower.

A lovely morning photo line up

Ok Robert, it's THIS big!

On to the date of the 24th to continue our Saturday adventure, it's off to the Evergreen Cemetery to see. . .
