Lined up, ready and waiting for our police escort. While we were sitting, with no air conditioning, in the sun. . . a Paris Fire Truck pulled into the parking lot. A little more 12 hours after the fire alarm had gone off - at 5:50 Saturday morning when "someone" left a bagel burning in the toaster and the alarm woke up the whole hotel. I found out later that the suspect was NOT one of our group, but a construction worker that was suppose to be leaving with his group.
Anyway, life does move a little slower in the country!

Traveling through town with the escort we believe that the oncoming traffic must have thought we were a funeral procession. They turned on their lights, pulled over and stopped. It was very cool!

Pat Ferguson was this years only inductee for the first time drivers award. I only know of one occasion that he forgot to wear his spinner. When reminded he went the retrieved it immediately.
