CK LAL, a prominant columnist from Nepal was in Kyoto University as a guest to South Asia And Africa studies. It was an opportunity to meet him and talk to him in a free and frank manner. He gave a short presentation on the journey of Nepal to republicanism. The presentation was followed by discussion. The man in the dark coat large glasses and tie is CK LAL, the icon of columnist in South Asia, now radiating his influence east ward.
