Killing time before the Dorothea Lange film, I wandered out to the tour lobby of the National Gallery, drawn by the patterned floor.

Rorschach blob? Looking up through the scattered pennies in the pool in the ceiling.

Mondrian painting? Far above the pool in the ceiling is a cupola.
