2 Medium Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes (boiled),
Cup of Broccoli (boiled),
Half Cup of Mozzarella Cheese,
Half Cup of Half and Half,
Pinch of Salt (table),
Pinch of Parsley Flakes,
Tablespoon of "Crisco",
2 "Johnsonville" Smoked Brats,
3 Slices of Colby Jack Cheese,
Cup of Baby Spinach (packed),
2 Slices of "Great Harvest" Premium White Bread,
2 Tablespoons of "Brianna's" Lemon Tarragon Dressing.

2 Tablespoons of "Brianna's" Lemon Tarragon Dressing.

1. Cuisinart the Potatoes, Broccoli, Mozzarella, Parsley, and Salt together until creamy. Roll about half of the result into a ball and press it into a skillet filled with hot Crisco. Cook about 4 minutes on each side or until slightly brown.
2. Cuisinart the Brats until they are mostly small chunks. Like dog food. Ball it and press it into a dry hot pan. Cook 6 minutes on each side on low heat.
3. Form a spinach bed across your plate. Place a slice of bread onto the bed, place the potato burger, then one slice of the Colby Jack, then the Brat burger, then 2 more slices of cheese, finally, spread the remaining potato mixture across the top slice of bread and put that on top. Drizzle the dressing over the spinach leaves and then ketchup over the top of sandwich. Best served with apple and lemonade.

It was good. It wasn't amazing but it was much better than it could have been. Because it might have been awful.
