I 'll see how Woolworths responds first to strengthen my case; I have emails from them where they promised to reply to what I saw as a legitimate complaint which they eventually ignored; presumably hoping it would go away; it won't and it sounds more like a talk back radio and Current Affair or Today Tonight issue to me they're full of corporate crap and much of the time ignore the legitimate follow up I've also been told by Woolworths staff that mine was not an isolated issue re mouldy bread this week

Woolworths reaction : I am very concerned to hear that this bread developed mould before it's "Best Before" date. Please be advised that this Woolworths Fresh bread range is produced and packed for Woolworths by an external vendor, Tip Top Bakeries. Your details and feedback have been passed onto this vendor for further investigation and action. A representative from this company should be in contact with you shortly. I'm absolutely furious that they had the nerve to pass the buck to Tip Top; I bought this as a Woolworths customer and must have fallen for the fake "FRESH" bullshit
