friday the 13th; reserved for Woolworths

this bread, tagged Best Before 14 February, was purchased from Woolworths Mt Ommaney Qld store earlier this week with their own brand and the word FRESH displayed prominently.
it was returned to the store on Friday 13 February and I asked for a written receipt to say it had been returned UNOPENED and MOULDY;
the duty manager initially agreed but then suddenly REFUSED TO ISSUE ME WITH A RECEIPT which I wanted to forward to Health Authorities.
I took the mouldy bread home again, photographed it and put it up here.

it would appear to me that Woolworths is "over generous" with their Best Before Date
