abuelita goes home

my grandma on ym dad's side went back home today.

i love airports and airplanes and flying in general....they always get me so excited!

She's been wanting to go home for about a month now, and i don't blame her seeing as she's been here since august. i mean, that's a long time to be away from home.

so we woke up at 10ish and wen to eat then we took her to the airport around 1, so from 1 to 4 we sat and waited for her flight with her. seriously, what kind of family would we be if we dropped a woman in her 70s that speaks no english off at the airport and waved goodbye, haha.

While we were out to eat i ran into Ginny Matthews, a teacher of mine through middle school. she's responsible for me getting into photo seriously later on and i don't think that i've seen her since my freshmen year of high school....and that was a few years ago.

other than that....pretty boring day. the family went down to Coconut Point in the evening and i got some new pants for cold weather and a hoodie....and sheets for the dorm too.

new years photos coming up soon, though don't expect any of that film from before....the machine is still messed up.

(i just realized that my brother isn't in this shoot at all....creepy)
