i bought a roll of Fuji NPS 160 at work today, and shot it.
it's flipping amazing. AMAZING. easily the best film that i've ever seen. it's daylight balanced, but when shot under florescent lights, it doesn't get that green overcast that most daylight films get, and when shot outside, it's just a little cool for my tastes, but that seems to be the standard for Fuji films and it's very workable.
saturation is very good, and not overdone like kodak UC, which has reds that practically bleed off the paper they're so vivid.
if i had to choose one film to shoot, this would be it.
all shots Nikon F100 with 50mm f/1.8 @ f/1.8 and Fuji NPS 160. these are a lot contrastier than the prints i've got in front of me except for the first and second photos, they're spot on with the print.
and yes, that last photo is me. in a sailor hat. yes....i know...it's goofy.

I don't think it's goofy at all, I love that picture of you.
And the 4th is great too
I've never shot color film besides on a disposable.
