road day

we spent this day on the road.

up at 7 to pack up the car, then we drove out. when we stopped for gas in the afternoon we were by the border with georgia, and so mom got the great idea to buy some oranges for me to have up at school seeing as i love fruit and it's so god damn expensive up there.

while we were in there, some supertourist-y lady waltzed into the store wearing a sunhat and what could only be some sort of one piece bathing suit monstrosity and flip flops with hugh-jass sunglasses. now, i know she's a tourist due to the fact that she's wearing beach gear in the middle of january and in a place that like, 80 miles from the beach.

so yeah, that's what that nasty look my sister has in the sixth pic is about. i took that because i couldn't get a photo of this lady, seriously she was a walking joke.

the last photo is from when we drove through atlanta around midnight into sunday.

so yeah, it was an eleven hour drive straight through from Fort Myers to Bowling Green, but we did it.
