Bowling Green, the fifth day and OAR
O.A.R. was today. That's orientation for the 99% of you all who don't go to Western.
So we sit through assemblies all day and take some placement tests then go to make our schedules. It's all pretty normal and boring stuff, but there is one major note. I met two people who used to work for Ritz Cameras back where they live, one of which is a Photojournalism major, like me. Being the same major, we scheduled most of our classes together. What's even funnier is that this guy shoots with almost the exact same equipment as me! the only changes being he has a D200 for a digital body and uses a 17-35 f/2.8 for his short lens.
my schedule is below:
Journalism 201, Media and Society
Journalism 231, Intro to Photography and Journaistic Composition
Math 116, College Algebra
Spanish 202, Intermediate Spanish 2
Communications 145, Fundamentals of Public Speaking
