Penelople and the Good Ole' Boys

After class today, i went next door to hang out with Lance and the other country boys on the floor.

listen, when I say they're country, i mean country, but that's ok, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. they're really good people, i promise.

we worked on homework and listened to some music, country of course, which actually wasn't bad even if country isn't my favorite genre. i tried chew (chewing tobacco)....which i'll never be doing again. the head rush from it is pretty cool, but i couldn't get those damn middle school propaganda pictures of mouth cancer out of my head while i was doing it. besdies, i don't like how it made my mouth tingle and my saliva brown..and the flavor was very earthy, not my favorite at all.

so....let's cross that one off the list of things to do before i die, and not speak of it again, ok?

i have no classes on tuesday, which is a nice thing....i need to do some reading for 'media and society,' work on math and revise my paper for photo on Henri Cartier-Bresson, so it should be a busy day though i wouldn't place it at more than three hours work.

so that pineapple in the last photo? i stole it from the cafeteria because it reminded me of home! (besides, pineapples are yummy and for the amount i spent on a meal ticket, they owe me) so until that thing is either eaten or rots away i'm going to call her Penelope, the Pineapple.

...pineapples are so cool...

i'm currently looking for a good deal on plane tickets home as well...so any tips on tickets for the second week for march would be great.
