Why did the FIRST photo make the paper? The other ones are better. Although, maybe not as much from a journalistic view as from an artistic view. You know, I didn't much like these at first because I thought the main subjects (the people) took up too little of the frame, with too much distracting details in the empty space. But once I start *really* looking, I must say I'm fascinated, especially by #2. Now that I interpret the atmosphere of the room as having a larger role in the photo, the details on the ceiling and desk make this a very effective and interesting image. The lines leading to the center handshake are brilliant -- did you do that intentionally? Good timing too, by the way. Long comment already, but I have to say I like #3 as well, quite a lot. Doesn't matter that the focus isn't on the guys face. Still really cool.
