We arrive at the event Ephemerisle today which is a floating group of people outside of Stockton, CA. Although touted as "Burning Man on water" it was far from it. It was more a collection of engineers and smart kids that wanted to play on the water.

I must say, the floating platform was put together wonderfully with a great design meant for easy execution. The rest of the festival was well... not so festival like.
