The Magenta Foundation has announced year five of its Emerging Photographers exchange. Flash Forward focuses on emerging talent that jurors have identified as having great potential. 30 photographers from Canada, 30 from the USA, and 30 from the UK have been selected by a panel of jurors.

I have been lucky enough to be selected as one of the UK photographers.

The initial exhibition and book launch will be held at Lennox Contemporary in Toronto, on 8th October 2009. The touring exhibition will move from Toronto through to New York and will end up in Boston in April 2010.

All 90 photographers will be published in the book, due to be released on 8th October 2009.

30 selected photographers will have their work included in the touring exhibition. The first three images in this post have been selected for the exhibition.
Needless to say, I am quite thrilled. For those of you who happen to be close to Toronto or the other visited cities - I think it will be a very interesting selection of work to see.
