So good they named it twice!

They are pretty hopeful with all those benches outside.

People travel 35 miles from London, just to get a Rossi's Ice Cream. Hope no-one made the journey today.

The dog doesn't think much of it.

I spoke to the old guy just after taking this picture. The ticket machine ate £4 of his money.

London Eye, it aint.

If you live in the South East of England, there's a good chance that you've visited Southend for a day trip to the seaside. If you pick the right day it can be really nice. Wet Sundays in January are not the right days.

If you live further away, you might only have seen Southend if you are a Morrissey fan, for he chose it as the location for the video to his song Everyday Is Like Sunday about the terminal boredom of an out-of-season resort.

Wonderful B&W - doesn't look like the prettiest day but great for B&W shots! #4 really appeals to me - the shiny, wet pavement, the bicyclist, the interesting background - very nice!!!
