1 = Inside of a kiwi
2 = Inside of an eggplant with seasoning
3 = Lilly
4 = Some sort of flower
5 = Spark plug
6 = Banana skin [turning brown]
7 = Pineapple skin
8 = Wooden drumstick tip
9 = Philips screwdriver tip
10 = Rope of some sort

And here are the results from the Greek jury currently in exile in Paris:

2. Peppered aubergine, but I'm willing to go for the next pictures to be pasted on cigarettes sold in Canada as a warning as to what happens to smokers' lungs. Gruesome and, if false, who'd know? The other alternatives don't really bear thinking about.
3. A flower (always was crap at botany - too busy smoking behind the bike sheds)
4. Penicilin mold
5. A spark plug
6. Banana tip
7. Pineapple tip
8. I'd go for a spurtle, the thing you use to spread honey everywhere except on bread

I agree with my fellow Suffolkian above, but I think the second one is peppered smoked mackeral fillets, not kippers, and 7 is a pineapple not an artichoke!

Wow, awesome macros, Jon! I can't do any better than what's already been guessed. That mold on #4 - if it is mold - is the most interesing, but they all have great color and detail.
