Lincoln Cathedral. In Ron Howard's film The Da Vinci code, it was used as a double for Westminster Abbey. Filming was not allowed at Westminster because officials said that Dan Brown's book was "theologically unsound". The good people of Lincoln had no such qualms though and earn't a pretty penny by allowing Tom Hanks to run around inside.

Yes, I agree with all of the above: your first photo really has me mesmerized, too. I had to favorite that one. I love architecture, especially that of carved stone or wood. This is fantastic.
