I'm sorry I haven't been keeping this up as I said I would but I came across some hard times with my health and just lost track in the midst of everything else. I really enjoy learning about photography and taking pictures of things when I see the opportunity, but some days I just get lazy. On January 22nd I started what is to be five rounds of chemotherapy. The first round was actually split up between the 22nd and 23rd and it made me very ill. I am still feeling the side effects but luckily I am not vomiting or anything.

The story behind this picture is that since moving to California, I've been in complete love with Panda Express's orange chicken. It's the bane of my existence lol. Anyway, I went back to work and didn't bring my lunch. I thought I'd try good ole' Panda and see if maybe I can keep down some rice. I sampled a piece of orange chicken and it didn't taste like anything. So I left with my fried rice and 3 cream cheese rangoons in tow.

Later in the night back at home, I remembered that I got a fortune cookie! So I opened it and this is what it said. I just think it's a sweet little reminder of what I'm going through and what is important. Thank you, Panda Express for supplying me with a reason to blog again :)
