I love the patterns of the tributaries in the second shot. Reminds me of a picture I once saw in a book by Yann Arthus-Bertrand the famous ariel photographer :)

I actually put the two together to show the beauty of coastal Australia a fair way from any populated areas and the comparison with the brown land of the dry interior. Thanks for the comments.
