I've been away, part business and part pleasure. I left my camera at home while I was in Queensland because hopping form hotel to hotel and catching planes with a minimum of hand luggage allowed made me worry that it would get lost, broken or stolen. Then while I was away I kicked myself over and over again for not having it.

I flew home Sydney last Sunday, had Monday at work and then hopped in the car with my seven month pregnant wife for a holiday at Kangaroo Valley, a couple of hours south of Sydney. We stayed in a cabin at the Kangaroo Valley Golf Club. My daily view was the 17th green and 18th tee. We spent the mornings doing the tourist shtick and the afternoons playing golf. Well, I played golf. The missus found her swing impaired by her pregnant belly and contented herself with pretending the cart was a rally car. So the next bunch of posts are from that area.
