Project365 - #182

Anyone who knows me, know's that I'm very shy (I hope that gave you a chuckle mom ;) In all actuality, I've very outgoing, and whatever I think is what's coming out of my mouth!
So when I saw a few city workers standing around this spewing fire hydrant, I (very amiably) chatted with them and snapped a photo. I found out that they were letting the water run for a certain amount of time so that it would clean out the pipes... Hmm, didn't think about that!
