Today was a blur. I got home from an important meeting, and realized my glasses were crooked. I had one of those moments of retroactive embarrassment, imagining myself looking like a middle aged revenge of the nerds extra, and made my last of many feeble attempts to fix the frame.

I can balance the one-armed frame on the bridge of my nose to see the computer screen, but that only works - sort of - when I'm sitting still. I needed new contacts and a new pair of glasses anyway, but until I get them, you might notice a little extra fuzz in some images. I can see distance, but what's close is a problem. I can't see what aperture or shutter speed I've set, so I have to rely on listening to the shutter speed to tell if I'm getting it right.

Here's tonight's midnight run past the hipsters to the grocery store.

I love those 'perfect fruit' people, who have to examine 20 apples before they find one good enough to put in their basket.
