Sometimes people find just that right person to be happy with. That's what happened to my dear friend. Here she is with her beloved. They got married this year - an excellent love story. I'm so happy to see her happy, and I had a great time visiting with her and her family and friends on Saturday afternoon.

sometimes your portraits are so intimate that i wonder if you get people's agreement for publication upfront. i feel like a voyeur looking at these. yes, of course: my problem. and probably we should cherish that you're able to catch such fragility in emotion - it's rare these days, where most people look like they are dead inside. or don't we look close enough? is THAT your secret? that you look... closely? but then again, so many questions, so many open strings in these people's faces. i feel somewhat left alone when looking at these... definitely my problem again.
