Holy Chinese Crow! My brother and I have always hated being photographed while eating Chinese food in particular. "The grease makes your lips all shiny! Ai-yaa!" But it was great to have you over. You'll have to share the rest of the photos you took- I want the CD-ROM! And you captured that wonderful intensity of Sarah's mission wonderfully for Jan 3.

Your shot of eating is not at all rude in my opinion. No open mouth - no obvious chewing - I mean she is not even looking at the plate! Mmm - bao ... I miss the snow :(

shot 2 here is the finest portait of the next two days, by some distance, and a wonderfully evocative image of a real person lost in a real moment. If only we could always disappear from our subjects counsciousness.. we can, but it takes practice.
