I don't mind lots of new snow in March, because the days are getting longer, and the end is in sight.

I've seen SO many photoblog pictures of trees against the sky. Posted quite a few myself. It's a hard subject to resist, but even harder to do something unique or original with. Still, I remember what Sam told me, that his teacher told him: "get it out of your system".

Oh I love the last shot Julia, it's fuzzy, warm and a lovely use of light and shade. I can just picture the curiousity in the eyes looking out the window. Happy birthday to your father and hope you're well. :)

I never get tired of seeing trees/ lacy branches against the sky! I think the reason that everyone shoots that is because it's so beautiful.....and no apologies are needed! I love the cat! And a very happy 80th to your father!
