A night of improvisational theatre, telling the stories of this community. At the start of each evening, the actors and audience warm up with brief vigniettes - snatches of stories and memories.

The theme of this night of Playback Theatre is Creatures Great and Small. Here is the bug in the shower.

That's the right attitude! Don't complain, fix it! I needed better lighting myself yesterday at the Pow Wow... but I'm not volunteering to improve the University's arena! :-) I don't think grainy is always a bad thing, especially in b/w... looks like fun any way!

These shots would definitely benefit from greater lighting, but here the grain doesn't change a thing about tha fascinating expressions on these actors' faces that you caught with your always impressive talent. You really have a passion for portrait and it shows in your art. I'm more and more deeply interested in portrait too, and I must thank you because your style definitely inspired me.

I love the black and white and then the move into color.

You always manage to capture such wonderful expressions... 'Inexpensive lighting system'...is there such a thing?! Is there any chance you could arrange some sort of sponsorship for the lighting system or a shared usage of other community groups, in an effort to share the cost?
