Dancer and choreographer Keiko Kitano dances a young woman pulled by the wind as she walks beneath the willow trees.

in the story of this dance, the willow branches tangle around the woman and strangle her. the dance becomes a story of her spirit.

In the last light of dusk as the evenings are growing cool, this performance was haunting and breath-taking.

No. 4 and 5 are also lovely; I like the contrast of the captured motion in the foreground and the formal stillness of the musician in the back. Good to see you back, Julia.

Oh wow Julia! I have SO missed your wonderful work, but it's great to see you return with such a beautiful set. It must have been wonderful to watch in person. You have captured the fluid movements and the set is full of grace. #2 is really special with the musician in the background.
