i learned reading faces from my dad who would immediately tell: high forehead means a smart intelligent person. i would second it and ask him whether these attentive eyes mean a strong personality or an empathetic softness (because i see both :/)

I think whether it works depends on what you want it to say... to me it's straight forward, slightly clinical/ cool (white shirt, white background, no ear rings, etc.), gentle eyes, otherwise not a lot of facial expression.
