No. 2 and No. 3 are VERY good. The street-lit openness at the top of the first one doesn't strike me as forcefully as the tunnel in No. 2 and the silhouette in space of No. 3. Very effective. Have you considered No. 1 as a deep horizontal? Or even at the same aspect ratio as the other two?
