Great shot! I know others who view shopping as a natural reaction to all sorts of trauma. Good luck!

hi J.G., you certainly know the synopsis that starts as follows "Ali takes his little sister Zahra's shoes to the shoemaker to be repaired, but loses them on the way home. The siblings decide to keep the predicament a secret from their parents, knowing that there is no money to buy a replacement pair and fearing that they will be punished. They devise a scheme to share Ali's sneakers: Zahra will wear them to school in the morning and hand them off to Ali at midday so he can attend afternoon classes..."

the shoes have a future, wherever the owner's feet takes them. the result the journey not the destination. all one can do is keep walking. and judging by this picture, walking in style.

Crazy! I have no interest in shoes... sorry! If you think that would like to take part in a new monthly photo show on my blog, have a look here: http://thestateofthenationuk.blogspot.com/2009/06/five-on-fifth-1.html

I think you're supposed to click the heels together. Sexy shoes, tenancy protection notwithstanding.
