wtf happened?

2009.07.22
we were chatting with this guy in kensington market and I walked away feeling there was something he wanted from us. My guess is that he somehow feels very young inside himself, that he can't quite believe that he's semi-retired, that he wants to be noticed as what he feels like - an animated youth.

longimanus this is a deeply touching post... one of my best friends, Peter, an english man living in switzerland, retired in couple of years, the youngest 60 years old soul I`ve ever met. when we are together, I simply am not aware of his age, I dont percieve it, as if he was ageless, as if his spirit wouldn`t have grown together with his body... he is surrounded by young people and just broke up with his girlfriend who was over 30 years younger then himself... now, he is open for a new relationship, but the problem is, he is attracted to that age group as young as his spirit, but their first impression is, that he is an old man. the guy above I believe has the chance to be noticed as young as he feels, but is there anyone to give him the chance?

firehorsecri Touching post. I experienced the same. I'm 43 now... but I feel 30 in my soul with the richness of experience and emotions lived... I can't believe I am my age... I'm always surprised by myself :-)) Beautiful photos.
