In Berditchev I saw huge weeds that looked like Queen Anne's lace, but were about 7-8 feet tall!

I think the butterfly I shot today was on one of these plants. They do look lacy.

Wow! I did not know! Now that I think of it the leaves have some similarity! I just remember it was one of those "flowers" I would pick and my Mom would tell me they were weeds.

That was fascinating info and a fabulous image! Around here, we dip the stem of QA's Lace in colored water and it makes a beautiful summer wedding flower in whatever shade the bride wants! They're really gorgeous this time of year. TFS!

very delicate I thought that queen anne's lace had a tiny touch of red in the middle though. With a story legend that the queen pricked her finger while sewing lace and a drop of blood landed on it!!
