1.16.09 -Gingered Greens and Tofu
Hello Moosewood Restaurant's Cooks at Home cookbook once again! Tonight it was "Gingered Greens and Tofu." The greens are swiss chard, wilted with freshly grated ginger, mixed up with marinated tofu (marinade: soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sherry) broiled to perfection. Served over wild rice and topped with ground peanuts, served with a glass of Riesling. Tres magnifique!
