11.05.09 -Canopy Roads

One of the things I do really like about Tallahassee is the plethora of canopy roads. One of the things I really like about my state government job is the Florida State Employees Charitable Campaign 5K (side note, the FSECC drive is for the United Way, which I just did a report for Public Admin about the Aramony corruption of the UWA in the 90s, figures).

Today we ran the FSECC 5K out in Southwood, followed by a nice drive through some of the prettier canopy roads of Tallahassee on the way back to the office. It was a perfect day for a 5K, and for a Mission Critical representation! Woot!

Starting the workday out with a 5K should be an everyday thing.
