At the last tremendous LUPEC event, Jamie brought over some of her delicious and much anticipated friendship bread. You know, one of those things you get as a starter from a friend, then you have to add such and such to it every 10 days while stirring it, etc. etc. Then eventually you have a mix ready to bake and more tasty when shared. This is friendship bread.

This friendship bread is a bit more on the fruity side, starting mostly as a gel/liquid deal that you add sugar and a can of peaches too. Now its sitting out on the counter asking me to stir it every day for 10 days before adding more sugar and more fruit to it. After stirring it it bubbles up like pic one, then starts to settle like pic two. The anticipation is building...
