This absolutely fantastic breakfast sandwich was discovered at Cooking Light's website. Cinnamon raisin bread, goat cheese, fig preserves, and fresh basil, with the help of the panini maker. No honey needed - this item was sweet enough as it is.

Served with some french press decaf, KT and I dined like spoiled little kids easter morning at brunch at some fancy restaurant with those stiff cloth napkins and waiters wearing black ties. But we were at home, in our swim suits, and on the way to the beach.
