I saw the documentary last night and it was sobering. I don't believe I can ever be completely vegan but they do raise some valid points. I also found out recently that heart disease is rampant in my father's family side which explains why my HDL is low. Doc said it's genetics.
This is what I had for lunch. If I was to go completely vegan, shrimps are not allowed. I've decided to go the moderation route.
