Inside the Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk, The Church of Our Lady.

"The Madonna of Bruges, by Michelangelo, ca. 1504. Probably meant originally for the Siena Cathedral, it was purchased in Italy by two Brugean merchants in 1514, and believed to be the only sculpture of Michelangelo to leave Italy during his lifetime. The sculpture was twice recovered after being looted by foreign occupiers—French revolutionaries circa 1794 and Nazi Germans in 1944." -Wikipedia.

The whole town is super-touristy

A side trip to Brugge, the UNESCO World Heritage Site also known as Bruges. After its canals silted up, its economy collapsed and the city abandoned, allowing its medieval architecture to survive unmodernized. As you can see from the pictures, the clouds finally disappeared around mid-day, just as I was reaching the good stuff!
