These are just a few pics I took on the way home from class :P The sun was out!! :D Everyone is talking about how unusual the weather's been... it's been sunny and cloudless for a week now!

We went to watch the super bowl the other day... we've watched an American football game in this one sports bar before but it was more expensive than another bar that was playing to game, so we went to the other. We've also never been searched by security, but Alex had his pocket knife taken away! The security wouldn't even give it back to take back to his room! They said it's illegal to have one in Glasgow and if the police caught him, he could be in jail for 5 months!! So yesterday Alex went to the police station to see if he could get it back or at least pay to mail it back home, but they wouldn't do it. They said it would be illegal for them to and they're going to melt it down!! Alex was upset and I felt bad. It's weird the police didn't really even try to help him.. But we get in and there's a big screen and all the TV's are SHOWING the game, but there's music on that is SO loud! The game volume is all the way down and it was kinda lame. The commercials weren't even the American ones. So we left at the beginning of 3rd quarter because our ears were hurting from the music! We came back and ate our Sunday tradition - pie! But this Sunday, I bought ice cream and we ate that. We turned the TV on in our lounge and it was on! haha... we would have stayed if we knew. So we got to see the end of the game. It's funny because even the commentators were British and they don't talk about the same stuff the American ones do.

I went to eat some Nutella on bread today and found that someone had eaten spoonfuls of it and it was almost empty, so I'll have to keep the next one in my room. But I finished it off and cleaned it out, and found another plus of Nutella - the container can be used as a glass! :P
