just like before.....

When your kids grow up and move away, its a learning experience as a parent. At first you may go through a sort of withdrawl from the routine you had with them. Then you find yourself slowly but surely, finding ways to fill up your time that you used to spend with them, but you never really let go of wanting to be near their presence, wanting for things to go back to how they were. And so, when they come home to visit, whether it be for a day or two, you find yourself going immediately back to how things were when they lived with you....so this set I took this evening, while my daughter and I took a walk, like we used to when she was younger, discussing things about life, and laughing about silly things, just like before.....
