Cookin Up A Storm

Today was a day of getting things done around the house... like laundry and a bit of spring cleaning (I'm optimistic I guess haha)... but I also decided to put to use one of the new cookbooks I've picked up recently and made dinner. Tonight on the menu.... Pan Seared Scallops and Shrimp and for dessert.... Broiled Peaches and Sour Cream!!...

Now to get down to business on this new assignment I have to get done.... finally challenge my brain a little bit (It's far less exciting than I may have lead all of you to believe in my previous entry haha... well at least for you anyway.... for me it's more work related....)
