A Pale Flicker of Hope...

I know the candle picture is over done.... but tonight I have a reason for picking this as my photo.

I had all the great intentions of getting some beautiful shots downtown today since work was to be far less rushed.... but the plans were ruined by rush hour foot traffic and also rain after work.

When I arrived home (at a decent hour - THANK GOD) after eating I listened to a voicemail on our home phone that deflated me. It was from my Dr's office asking me to call back... they had the results of my test from my Saturday morning appointment. Now most people will say, "I am sure things are okay".... BUT, at the appointment my Dr told me they would only call if something was wrong. Because of the nature of the test, I see two answers I will receive when I call them back tomorrow... one which is not very exciting... and one which I see as a very scary road ahead. This post today is done as a sign of hope for the best I can possibly expect for what lays ahead......

I'm lucky to have such a wonderful and loving boyfriend who I know will stand by me no matter what. Brett I love you more than I could ever tell you....

Now to handle one more day of work since Friday we are off and Saturday I head to Boston.... I need this. Keep your fingers crossed - I hope to get some answers from my Dr tomorrow!
