Great News!

Saturday was a day full of wonderful news! :)
After meeting my friend Stef at Starbucks in the morning to discuss our evening before I headed home and was making plans for next weekends dinner party when an email popped into my inbox from a name I hadn't seen in ages... my friend SHARON!
Sharon and I met about four years ago when she was over from Scotland visiting her boyfriends family. How you may ask did we meet? Well her boyfriend and my boyfriend at the time were best friends, but Sharon and I got along well. The following summer she was back over visiting and that was the summer we really clicked. We started to spend a lot of time together just the two of us and we would talk about everything! Ended up being the best thing I could ask for and when it all came down to it, her and her boyfriend were really the first two to tell me to get rid of my ex.
ANYWAY - the exciting news I was delivered was that the two of them will be back this summer to visit her boyfriends family and I haven't seen her since that summer three years ago! They will be visiting for two weeks and I am already getting ideas into my head of what kind of craziness her and I and the girls will get up to :)
In other news - Saturday was also the day it became official I could open my mouth as my cousin finally came to my house to deliver the news to my parents that her and her husband are expecting a little bundle of joy in January!!! :) I had found out the Saturday before but had to keep my mouth shut until the news was delivered officially - that's right, I was the first to know! Sooo... as Katherine has told me... I'M GOING TO BE AN AUNT! (forget all that second cousin stuff! :) haha)
