Apparently all the trains for the rest of the day were only travelling within Ontario.... however, VIA does have trains that travel all across Canada... and they actually also have a train that connects to Amtrax (did I even spell that right???)...

This is why I love this station... it's so big and open... and always manages to take my breath away.... even though I walk through it EVERY day!

Tonight after work I had to stop and grab my train ticket to head to Ottawa next Friday morning. Thankfully the VIARail station is in the same building as where I catch my evening train home. I really love Union and I think it is an incredibly beautiful building... so I knew on my way there that this would be the place I would take photos tonight... HOORAY for having some inspiration back! (and for heading back to the gym after two days off....!!)

This is a stunning set. I love the second one. Especially the details that people probably don't notice walking through there every day. Nice work. :)
