Brett and I have been pretty lazy recently - even though we have a fitness center for the residents of our building. So tonight we decided to try and get back into the habit of getting a work out in and spent some time with Brett's boxing gloves and pads doing some kick boxing. I definitely learned that I have to get back into a regular routine of working out - so here goes!
