I met this survivor at the captains rally - she was diagnosed with Leukemia when she was 21 - shortly after she was married and underwent experimental therapies. She was told that she would never have children... her son is now 3!

The first of what should be numerous sets of photos from the Relay for Life. For those of you who missed it - on June 5th and 6th I had the opportunity to photograph this wonderful event. I learned so much and really enjoyed myself. Keep your eyes out - cause there will be more to come for sure!

amazing set...very moving and powerful...love the success stories...esp. the one about the mom and her kids...love the shots of the people getting the buzz cuts...very cool!
